If Needed, Payments Can Be Accepted. No Interest Charges...
With this understanding:
1.) No more than four payments @ $247.50 per payment, per month
2.) Monthly payment must be made on time (three day grace allowed)
3.) Upon the bank clearing the last payment, you will be given the key for transfer

Payment Agreements...
1.) Should for any reason payments are stopped, this will be considered a breach of agreement. After one full cycle of non-payment (one month plus three days) the amount of $250.00 will be deducted from any money you have paid so far. This amount of $250.00 will be used as administration costs for this agreement.
2.) Should this agreement be breached, any payments made over and above $250.00 will be returned to your bank without interest. Should this happen, this payment agreement will be null and void by both parties.

Should you want to move forward using this payment agreement, here's what to do...
This agreement should be notarized. Signed by you the buyer and a witnessed in front of a notary. This notarized agreement must be recognized by the United States Courts.
Return this agreement to me via eMail, and keep a copy for yourself.
Send the original, notarized signed agreement to my street address.
Do not send any money at this time.
